So we finally are getting somewhere on our loooonngg awaited stairway project. Remember WAY back when I posted that we wanted out stairs to look like this {I really like the numbers – haven’t convinced Mike yet}: Mike did most of the work so he gets a lot of the credit. “Momma”
Need to share another video {sorry if you are on Levi overload!}. 🙂 Levi has been a late “talker”. He didn’t start babbling or making different noises until just recently. I wouldn’t say he is truly babbling yet but he has figured out one letter and it happens to be “M”! Most babies say “Da” first so I was thrilled when Levi started saying “momma”. Granted, he has no idea what he is saying and just says it randomly but it warms my heart a bit. 🙂
Crawling! {Sort-of}
Levi has been so proud of himself lately that he can get to his knees from sitting and back up again. He has been looking like he is going to take off for about 3 weeks now. But alas, just hasn’t been able to figure it out. Instead he started scooting backwards. He especially gets going when he hits the hard floor. This has gotten him places {definitely not where he was intending to go – usually getting stuck under furniture and in corners}. See exhibit A.
