4 Week Update

I am officially 4 weeks out from surgery {as of yesterday} which means I am now “safe”. In theory, my tendon should be strong enough now and will not snap again. At 6 weeks they consider you “healed” from surgery. However, that does not mean that you are back to where you were before the injury. There is still a long way to go to get my ankle moving and my calf muscle built back up. Physical therapy has been going very well so far and my therapist, Michelle, is very happy with my progress. Back to Fall

Thanks for the few of those that gave their opinions on my Christmas card designs! If anyone else would like to contribute, please still do! I haven’t made up my mind yet. I find it funny that I had the exact opposite feelings towards the cards I created. Number 3 was the first one I created and I thought it looked too simple. Not much to blog about

So, life has been a bit boring for me the past few weeks. Life on the couch doesn’t get very exciting. 🙂 I am now 2 weeks out from surgery and started PT yesterday. I am not looking forward to the pain that will come with PT but I am looking forward to moving and getting better! This week is week 1 out of 6 for the initial start of my PT therapy.
